Objective Quality
IMAC will strive to achieve the following quality objectives:
- Ensure that the visa and passport management process for international students is carried out within 90 working days after receiving complete documents
- Ensure 100% IMAC staff meet the annual CPD points requirement
- Ensure that very complaint received by IMAC is acted upon within 3 working days
- Participate in Internationalization activities at least 15 activities a year
- Make announcement of the latest information related to international students within seven (7) working days
- Conduct international student activities at least 2 activities per year
